Return Policy

Sales Terms and Conditions

All items are warrantied  based on the condition of the equipment sold as defined in the Quote, SOW, or Purchasing Document, for 30 days from time of sale, unless otherwise stated,

Product is identified as:

  1. Tested for Full Function. R2 Ready for Reuse
  2. Tested for Key Functions. R2 Ready for Resale
  3. Evaluated and Non-Functioning. R2 Ready for Repair

If you received equipment that is either incorrect to your order or does not match the defined condition, please follow the following steps to initiate a Return. 

  1. Reach out to your individual DMD contact. If you are unsure, please email secure@dmdsystems.com
  2. Once you have your RMA number, as issued by DMD, please return all equipment to:

Additional Terms

Returns are valid only for the individual items that fail to meet the warranty condition above.

Equipment must be in original packaging and contain all original parts (this does not include packaging peanuts, shredded cardboard, or other fill materials)

Equipment must be repacked with care to ensure no damage, especially with fill materials. Any RMA without fill materials will be rejected.

Any tampering, mechanical damage, changes, or alterations to the equipment voids the warranty.

Equipment must be received within 45 days of the purchase date.

Any item returned in the condition as originally stated and not qualified for an RMA will be rejected or subjected to a 25% restocking fee.

The 25% restock fee applies for any item sold as sealed in box which was subsequently open.

Any equipment received damaged or rejected will be held for two weeks past customer notification before disposal.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Return shipping method must include tracking information.

Time of Sale is defined by transfer of ownership and varies based on the prevailing agreement between DMD and the purchasing party.
