DMD Systems Recovery, Inc is obligated to three entities: their customers, suppliers, and the Earth. Recycling, by definition, is "to put or pass through a cycle again, as for further treatment." At DMD Systems, we believe that the highest form of recycling is reuse. In fact, we focus on the four "R's" of our industry: Reuse, Remanufacturing, Redeployment, and Recover.
DMD Systems Recovery is a proud member of MAR (Microsoft Authorized Refurbisher). We focus on reusing the equipment in different areas of the world where it will have a great effect on the economy. A majority of our complete systems are marketed to schools, computer resellers, start-up businesses, or companies that are looking to upgrade their existing technology.
Our second form of recycling, remanufacturing, involves removing and testing all components, repairing or replacing failed components, and rebuilding the existing machine back to factory specifications. Remanufacturing allows us to remarket older technology to companies that do not need bleeding edge technology in day to day operations, but can rest assured that they are getting top quality equipment.
Redeployment
Our third form of recycling, redeployment, involves purchasing technology assets that have failed or missing components. These assets allow us to remove the components, retest them, and redeploy the individual components to companies that are looking to for upgrades in their current systems.
Recovery
Recovery is a last resort for DMD Systems employees. During recovery, DMD Systems employees separate the major components of technology assets, such as circuit boards, processors, monitors, steel, and plastics, and send them to EPA certified companies throughout the United States to be taken apart and recycled back to major manufacturers for other uses. CRT computer monitors are rebuilt with television tuner cards and used as Televisions. Plastics are cleaned, melted, and reused as the form for other consumables. Circuit boards and processors are stripped for the precious metal content to be reused in new technology.
At DMD Systems Recovery, we believe, through recycling and data destruction, we can earn the trust of our customers and our suppliers. We also know that for every computer that is put through one of our four forms of recycling, there is one less computer that is being "stored" in a landfill. Give DMD Systems a call today and become one of those customers that TRUST us and help to create a better environment.
