Equipment must be in original packaging and contain all original parts. Original packaging does not include packaging peanuts. Any RMA returned that has been packaged with packaging peanuts will be rejected without further inspection. Any tampering, mechanical damage, or changes of any kind will void warranty. Equipment must be received within 35 days of the purchase date. Units that are found not to comply with warranty terms will be subject to either rejection or a 25% restock fee ($25 minimum). Equipment received damaged will be held for two weeks after customer notification before disposal. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please use a shipping method where tracking information is available. All shipping costs that are billed to DMD Systems will be charged back via the shipping company.
