Equipment must be in original packaging and contain all original parts. Original Packaging does not include packaging peanuts. Any RMA returned that has been packaged with packaging peanuts will be rejected without further inspection. Any tampering, mechanical damage or changes of any kind will void warranty. Equipment must be received within the 30-day warranty period. Units that are found not to comply with warranty terms will be subject to either rejection or a 25% restocking fee. Items returned and not found defective will be charged a 25% restocking fee ($25 Minimum). Equipment received damaged will be held for two weeks after customer notification before disposal.
