Gerald Steere

Security Engineer – Microsoft

Mr. Steere has a B.S. in Electronics Engineering Technology from DeVry University and a M.S. in Computer Information Systems from University of Phoenix. He is a Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator, GIAC Certified Penetration Tester and holds a CISSP certification. He has been involved with DMD since 1997.


Theo Vecchione Ph.D

Stanford University Physics

DrVecchione obtained his PhD in Physics from Arizona State University. He currently works at Stanford University as physicist. As an experimental scientist he has extensive background in physics, measurements, sustainability, reuse and recycling. Theo travels extensively and is currently working on several papers.


Thierry Zerbib

Telesoft CEO

Thierry is a 30 year veteran of the computer and telecom industry and a recognized pioneer in the telecommunications expense management market. He is Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Telesoft. Thierry holds dual degrees in computer science and math from the Tel Aviv University in Tel Aviv, Israel.


Joe Schenk

Aiken Schenk P.C. Partner

Mr. Schenk has been associated with DMD Systems Recovery Inc. for the past fifteen years and has extensive experience with the IT services industry. He has more than two decades of litigation experience in state and federal courts. Born in Franklin, Indiana, his educational credentials include a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University, and a degree in law from the University of Michigan.


Todd Belfer

Managing Partner of Canal Partners

Mr. Belfer has a long history of entrepreneurship and has been involved with a wide range of businesses throughout his career. In 1990 he Co-Founded Employee Solutions, Inc., a professional employer organization which he helped take public in 1993. He also Co-Founded a leading sports nutrition company, M.D. Labs, in 1993 and after realizing triple-digit growth sold his interest to a private equity firm in 2002. He was a founder of the successful Japanese restaurant chain RA, which has grown to more than 30 locations throughout the United States and was sold to Benihana in 2002. In 2002 Mr. Belfer founded NETtime Solutions, LLC – a Software as a Service (SaaS) company dedicated to delivering on-demand time and attendance service, where he remains as a board member. Additionally, Mr. Belfer serves on the board of directors for Omedix, Deal Current Network,, ClickDimensions,, DMD Systems Recovery and Sauce Pizza & Wine.


Ethan Bindelglas, MD

Ethan Bindelglas, MD is a pioneer in the retainer based healthcare model. He received his Medical degree from Sackler School of Medicine at the Tel Aviv University, and his BA in Economics from Claremont McKenna College. He has participated in over 30 clinical trials and is past Chairman of Family Medicine at Banner Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center. Doctor Bindelglas is co chairman of the Banner Healthcare Continuing Medical Education Committee and has participated in numerous medical missions across the developing world as well as being a regular volunteer at local charitable clinics.


J. Todd Parker

Thompson Reuters Director

Todd Parker was a founding member and President of the property tax consulting firm of Nearhood& Parker, LLC. Todd sold his consulting practice to Thomson Reuters where he is currently a director of property tax services. Mr. Parker is a founding member of ePropertyTax, a pioneer in cloud based software solutions for the management of multi state real and personal property taxes. Todd has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Arizona State University and is an Eagle Scout.


Kevin Nohl (Former Board Member)

Master Black Belt

Mr. Nohl is a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt with years of corporate experience in the defense and technology industries. In addition to his Quality and Operational Excellence background, Kevin has held various managerial roles at Microsoft. Prior to Microsoft, Kevin held engineering and operations roles at Northrop Grumman and Motorola. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Cal Poly, and Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Arizona State University.
