Secure transportation of IT assets from your site to a DMD processing facility, using LTL, dedicated, or shared trucks based on your timeline, asset volume, and security requirements.
All shipments are GPS-tracked and sealed to maintain chain-of-custody from pickup to delivery.
Preparation of IT assets for safe transport, ranging from basic wrapping and banding to full white-glove packing. DMD provides materials and labor as needed to protect equipment integrity, minimize damage risk, and support secure chain-of-custody.
Packaging can be performed onsite or in conjunction with decommissioning.

Bulk Collection or Bin Rental. We send large containers or gaylords to your office or facility to be filled at your convenience.
Secure Transport & Chain of Custody are critical to ensuring asset accountability throughout the ITAD process. IT Assets designated for retirement are at greatest risk of loss or theft before they leave a customer site and arrive at a DMD secure processing facility. After receipt at our processing site, physical security measures such as CCTV, badge access and walk-through metal detectors protect IT assets. My end users fill out a brief form and I get a notification when the DMD team is scheduled to arrive onsite and oversee the shipping. A few days later I receive a notification that our equipment has arrived at DMD for processing.
