DMD Systems Recovery, Inc. announces our membership with The Association of Service, Communications, Data and ITAD providers (ASCDI).
ASCDI recognizes ITAD companies through its ITAD Certify Program that requires proper end-of-life management for IT Assets that they manage, buy, and resell. With education, advocacy, and information on technology reuse at the core of ASCDI, members are held to high standards for ethical IT practices. Membership in the ASCDI requires an extensive background check, submission of references, and an affirmative vote of the ASCDI membership.
Since our founding, DMD has provided ITAD solutions adhering to the most rigorous environmental and security standards to deliver confidence for companies who value our world and their reputation. By obtaining membership through the ASCDI, DMD reaffirms our strong ethical values regarding technology reuse and data security.
"We are excited to welcome such a fine ITAD join the association. DMD's focus on decommissioning, logistics, data destruction and electronics recycling fall right in line with our organization's commitment to companies that provide best in class technology services while protecting customer data and our environment," said Joe Marion, ASCDI President.
Jon DeMent, Vice President of DMD Systems Recovery, Inc. stated, "DMD is excited to formally join ASCDI. We work with a community of partners, suppliers, buyers, and providers across the globe, many of them members of this organization. Due to the strict vetting and peer-driven accountability and policing of the community, we will be able to use this as another tool to ensure we are working with the best of the best."
DMD looks forward to our future as ASCDI members and plans to continue to provide complete IT Asset Disposition with environmental responsibility at the core of our actions as a company.
